Rules & Regulations

Admission is open to all irrespective of class,creed and community

Application for admisssion of pupil should be sent to the principal on forms supplied by the school with the Prospectus on payment of Rs. 200/-

The Entrance Test: General questions are designed to test the ability of the child in relevance to the standard of the class to which admission sought, subject to permissible age, hence no book or particular courses are prescribed. The child will be tested in English, Hindi, Maths and Science.

No student from another school will be admitted in class X.

The principal reserves the authority to grant, to refuse registration/ admission for any class.

Parents are requested to pay twelve month fee and conveyance also.

Strict regularity and punctuality, obedience in words and deeds, cleanliness of dress and proper care of books and school property are\ expected from every student.

The Principal may impose fines against loss or damages to school property.

No expensive articles, money or jewellery should be brought to school property.

Pupils are responsible to the school authorities not only for their conduct in the school but also for their general behaviour outside. A disciplinary action will be taken against the defaulters.

Pupil suffering from any Contagious or infectious disease are not allowed in school they shall be permitted only on Medical certificates of fitness.

Irregular attendance, constant Negligence of work, insubordination of teachers may lead to serious punishment.

The student should be punctual and regular.

Running in the Verandas, shouting in the class or school premises is strictly forbidden.

Every student should carry his/her diary everyday.

Homework and other Assignments must be done without fail.

If school furniture, rickshaw van broken by any student. Principal is authorized to charge fine.

a. Late fee charges will not be waived off in any condition.
b. If the fee is not paid in full by the specified due dates fine will be charged for late payment of fee at the rate of Rs. 50/- per Month.
c. If the fee remains unpaid of three consecutive months, the name of the student will be struck off from the rolls and the students may be re- admitted at discretion of the Principal after payment of all the arrears with the re- admission fee of Rs. 1000/-
d. Fees will be charged 12 months a year, payable as per the above schedule.

• If the students do any misbehavior with teachers & other students during class, the student will be restricted from the school.
• Principal meeting timing is 9:00 am to 10:00 am for parents.

For Girls

Class I to VIII (Monday to Friday)

Navy blue skirt and white terrycot shirts half sleeves, Black Shoes & White Socks

For Boys

Class P.G., Pre-Prep., Prep. (Monday to Thursday)

Blue color Terrycot Shirts with red & blue check Pants with bib.

Class I to VIII (Monday to Friday)

Navy blue half pant with white terrycot half shirt. Black shoes with White Socks. (For classes I to III)

Navy blue full pant with white terrycot half skirt. Black Shoes with White Socks. (For classes IV to VIII)

Class P.G., Pre-Prep., Prep. :

All the boys & girls should wear full red 'V' Neck Pullovers.

CLASS I to VIII :

All boys & girls should wear Navy Blue pullovers front closed with 'V' Neck, with Navy Blue Blazers with School Monogram which is compulsory for all Full Navy Blue Pant with full sleeved shirt for boys. Navy blue skirt with full sleeved shirt, and navy blue leggings for girls.

Class P.G., Pre-Prep., Prep. (Friday) :

White Skirt with house T-shirt & white leggings for Girls & white pant with house 'T' shirt for boys. White Canvas shoes with white socks.

CLASS I to VIII (Saturday) : (For Girls)

White divided skirt with house 'T' Shirt.

CLASS I TO VIII (Saturday) : (For Boys)

White full Pant with house 'T' shirt. White Canvas Shoes with white socks..

In Summer

• The session for year 2019-20 for classes PG to X will commence from Thursday 4th April 2019. However school office will remain opened from 1st April 2019 and timing will be 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.

• You are requested to deposit fee for the months of April and May by 25th April 2019 to confirm the seat in the same class.

• The school timing for students will be as follows :-

Preprimary- 7:30 am to 11:30 am (Every Saturday off for class PG only)
I to X- 7:30 am to 1:10 pm (Mon- Sat)
• All students are to reach school 10 minute before the bell in summer uniform along with their school tie.

• You are not to send students very early than the school time. Late entry of the students will not be permitted.

• It is compulsory for students to attend very first day of school and in case of absence of your ward continuously for 3 days at the time of opening the school, inform in writing otherwise the name will be removed from the school rolls.

• Parents are informed to paste photograph of their ward and make entries on first page of school diary and sign it.

• Children, who are unwell or who can’t attend the school for the full day due to any reason what so ever should not be sent to the school at all as No half day Leave will be sanctioned.

• All the books and exercise books should have the student’s name- slip to avoid any inconvenience.

• The boys should have proper crew cut hair and girls should have their hair pinned or tied neatly with two plaits.

• On parent’s teacher meeting day, it is mandatory for all students to come in school uniform along with their parents.

• In case parent of the school students need any documents from the school such as fees certificate and date of birth certificate they should give in writing to the school at least 15 days before.

The documents including Transfer certificate and other particular of newly admitted students are required at the time of admission have to be submitted before 15.04.19.
